Pattern Shop

If we are running a smaller run where permanent mold tooling won't be used we take a trip into our pattern shop.

Here our master mold maker works his magic to create a pattern that not only possesses the geometry we are looking for but also has the required draft and relief to minimize any miss runs when the part is poured. This pattern is scaled to allow for the shrink that occurs when our cast alloy solidifies. From this master pattern we can engineer any number of derivations.
